• Upon receiving your order, we edit the photo you submitted to ensure it will work with our laser engraver and laser software, a test image is ran on a similar material to ensure quality, the image(s) are then engraved onto your coasters, then they are finally packaged and shipped to you!

  • We will do our best to get your order to your door within 7-10 business days.

• Note if you order a set (2 or 4 coasters), you will have the same design on each of those coasters. If you are looking to have a different design on a single coaster, set of 2, or set of 4, please multiple singles/sets of 2/sets of 4 to your cart for however many different designs you are looking for.

  • Our process is done this way because it takes time to manually edit each time, run a test image on a similar material to ensure quality, and then engrave the design onto your coasters.

  • Slate is a natural material, therefore each physical coaster may have slight differences in shape, color, texture, etc. With that said, we will not engrave coasters which have noticeable defects such as cracks, deep scratches, etc.

  • Each coaster has 4 foam “feet,” on the bottom to protect your tabletop from scratches and allow the coasters to be stacked.

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS

1. Select from the options provided to identify which style you would like (Single Item/Horizontal, Double Item/Horizontal, etc.); font; logo; and/or text; select your quantity, add it to your cart, and checkout.

2. Place your item on a blank sheet of white paper. Photograph it with your cellphone (FLASH ON) directly above the item. NOTE: The quality/perspective of your photo will completely affect the final product.

3. Upload your photo using the form at checkout, OR Email your photo to: Riley@1440Creations.com, please include your order number in the subject line!
